On July 22, 2026, HapBio participated in the orientation and kick-off session for Phase 2 – Intensive Incubation and Coaching under the Social Impact Pathway 2026 Programme (SIP2026), themed “Inclusive Business Through a Gender Lens.” The programme is led by the Foreign Trade University Innovation and Incubation Space (FIIS) under Foreign Trade University, within the framework of the WE RISE Together project.
This marks the next milestone following the intensive training course held in Hanoi in late June, officially beginning HapBio’s six-week journey alongside FIIS experts and a matched Business Support Organisation (BSO) to further develop its Inclusive Business model.

About Social Impact Pathway 2026
SIP2026 is an incubation programme implemented by the Agency for Private Enterprise and Collective Economy Development under the Ministry of Finance, in coordination with the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women) and FIIS – Foreign Trade University.
The programme aims to promote the Inclusive Business ecosystem in Vietnam while advancing gender equality and social inclusion.
The programme is designed to help businesses:
- Self-assess and improve their business models based on Inclusive Business criteria integrated with gender equality, drawing on the frameworks of ASEAN, APEC/MOF and UN Women;
- Develop a Social Impact Report that accurately reflects the value created for employees and communities;
- Connect with networks of experts, business support organisations and investors in Vietnam and abroad.
During the orientation session, the FIIS expert team introduced the overall roadmap for the six-week incubation phase, provided detailed guidance on how to use the Inclusive Business Assessment Criteria integrated with gender equality indicators, and clarified the respective roles of HapBio and its matched Business Support Organisation throughout the programme.
Building on this foundation, HapBio and the BSO will continue with the next steps, including self-assessing and completing the Inclusive Business Assessment Criteria, joining two specialised one-on-one coaching sessions with FIIS experts, developing a Social Impact Report, and preparing an Action Plan to further expand the Inclusive Business model after the programme.
Significance for HapBio
As a leading enterprise in Vietnam’s plastic packaging and environmentally friendly packaging sector, participation in SIP2026 provides HapBio with an opportunity to review and standardise the sustainable and inclusive values it has been building.
These values are reflected not only in greener production, but also in the way the company operates with a focus on employees, communities and gender equality.
The programme also serves as a stepping stone for HapBio to build stronger connections with the Inclusive Business ecosystem in Vietnam and across the region, with the prospect of participating in Demo Day at the end of August 2026, as well as potentially joining the ASEAN Inclusive Business Summit and being nominated for the ASEAN Inclusive Business Awards.
The six-week incubation journey has officially begun. HapBio will continue to share further progress and milestones from this meaningful programme.
As one of the Top 2 plastic packaging manufacturers in Vietnam, HapBio is also well positioned to become a reliable partner for customers’ current and future sourcing needs.
