VIETNAMESE ENTREPRENEURS’ DAY 2026: GREETINGS FROM HAPBIO

On Vietnamese Entrepreneurs’ Day, October 13, 2026, HAPBIO sends warm greetings to entrepreneurs across Vietnam. Below, we explain where the day comes from and why it matters. In addition, we share how HAPBIO supports businesses on their green packaging journey.

What is the origin of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs’ Day?

The day traces back to a letter from President Ho Chi Minh dated October 13, 1945. In it, he called on the business community to build a strong national economy. He also pledged that the government and the people would fully support them.

Later, on September 20, 2004, Prime Minister Phan Van Khai signed Decision No. 990/QD-TTg. As a result, October 13 became the national day for entrepreneurs. This year marks 81 years since the historic letter.

Why does the day matter today?

The day honors people who dare to think, act and take responsibility. In fact, entrepreneurs create jobs and bring Vietnamese products to the world.

At the same time, international partners now expect transparent environmental data and ESG practices. Therefore, sustainable business has become part of competitiveness.

HAPBIO’s message to the business community
